Bulk Orders

Shipping
All orders will be shipped out within 3 to 5 business days. Awaiaulu currently ships with USPS; orders may experience unexpected delays in processing or shipping that are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience regarding any orders that may experience delays beyond our control.
Domestic Shipping
All orders shipped within Hawai‘i and/or the United States are shipped using USPS.
Large Orders
Large orders may be shipped in multiple boxes; generally, more than 2 copies of Ke Kumu Aupuni: The Foundation of Hawaiian Nationhood will be split into multiple shipments.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer shipping outside of the United States in our shop, if you are interested in international shipping please contact us at shop@awaiaulu.com.
Refunds
Refunds will only be processed within 24 hours of the placement of an order on our website. To request an order cancellation, send an email to shop@awaiaulu.com. Please allow 24 hours after sending an email for us to respond to your inquiry.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the book(s). Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items back to Awaiaulu. To request a refund for your return, first send an email to shop@awaiaulu.com with your name and invoice number. If we do not receive a request for refund at shop@awaiaulu.com, Awaiaulu will not automatically provide a refund. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.
Returns will not be accepted on products that have been removed from their original packaging or damaged. Refunds for returns will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase. Please allow 5 to 7 business days following the receipt of your returned items for the return to be processed and the refund to be initiated. Your bank or credit card may take several business days to refund your account. Awaiaulu will send a confirmation email once a refund has been initiated by our staff.

Privacy policy
Awaiaulu may contact you in the future using the email provided when registering to order something from our shop. Awaiaulu keeps your order information for record keeping regarding your transaction, but any users that do not want to receive further offers or marketing information are free to opt out during checkout. Your order information will not be shared with any third parties; order information would only be shared in compliance with applicable US laws or regulations.
